Welcome to the apartments at Skovbrynet .

The apartments at Skovbrynet in Lyngby include 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments intended for PhDs, expats and project workers as well as singles and couples. The apartments range in size from 37 to 152 square meters.

The building and the homes are a beautiful representative of New Nordic Design, where respect for the Scandinavian “form and function” is as important as the need for well-being and a good social environment.

The large windows reach from floor to ceiling and provide the best conditions for letting natural daylight fill the rooms. The apartments are heated via underfloor heating, have light wooden planks and are designed with functionality in mind. The kitchen was designed in collaboration with HTH, and the bathrooms appear simple with a washbasin in the larger homes.

The apartments have access to the green park, which includes wooden terraces and the approx. 800 meter long walking/running track on the roof of the building. There are lifts in the building, bicycle parking, storage rooms for several of the homes and plenty of space for parking for both you and your guests.

What surrounds Skovbrynet Lyngby.

Happiness is having a good neighbor and Skovbrynet Lyngby has many. Let’s just start with Kongens Lyngby, which with its cozy cafes, delicious restaurants and myriad specialty shops, always has what you need.

As a resident of Skovbrynet, you can, for example, fill the picnic basket and row a trip on Lyngby Sø, which majestically spreads its banks towards the old forests, or you can stroll up through the linden avenue to Sorgenfri Slotshave and see where Jens Juel and Nicolai Abildgaard found inspiration to create the most golden period in Danish painting.

You can of course also take the close choice and explore Skovbrynet’s own 20,800 m2. green park area, challenge the Brazilian students on the beach volleyball court, meet with the brain researcher from 6a over a glass of chardonnay or enjoy a joint dinner on the roof terrace. The possibilities are many. Or you can turn the car out of the car park, down the motorway and directly into wonderful Copenhagen in 16 minutes. Or, for that matter, directly around Copenhagen to the airport in 27 minutes, and experience the rest of the world’s good neighbours.
